We are looking for someone that can help perform the following as a Welder/Fabricator:

  • Experience with MIG, Arc & Fluxcore preferred
  • Set-up welding equipment including necessary adjustments to weld different parts or subassemblies
  • Perform various welding operations following blueprint weld symbols
  • Move weldments manually by overhead crane and secure workpiece in weld fixture or table
  • Set-up and prepare surfaces to be welded and verify accuracy of pre-assembled metal components to be welded

We are looking for someone that can help perform the following as a Mechanical Engineer/Draftsman:

  • Draft and finalize product designs based on customer specifications and legacy equipment configurations
  • Participate in projects as part of the team to design, manufacture, and deliver heavy construction equipment, helping to establish and maintain quality, on time delivery, and budgetary parameters
  • Create detailed drawings with emphasis on large welded, mechanical, and hydraulic assemblies and applications.
  • Generate production orders, bill of materials, and parts pages

We are looking for someone that can help perform the following as a shop laborer/assembler:

  • General maintenance tasks in the shop/warehouse/yard
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Able to use hand and power tools
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Able to handle different tasks on a daily basis
  • Valid drivers license to make pick-up and drop-offs in company vehicle
  • Provide operations assistance to other Maxon shop employees
  • Prior experience in hydraulics preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in operating a forklift and skid-steer preferred but not required

 

We are looking for someone that can help perform the following as a bookkeeper administrative assistant:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Accounts Payable /Process invoices
  • Accounts Receivable /Bill Customers
  • Bank statement reconciliation
  • Data Entry
  • General Ledger Items
  • Assist in payroll
  • File tax forms
  • Basic clerical support/answering administration phone calls

Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping or payroll, preferred.
