Mobile Agitor incorporates a bi-rotational multispeed agitator shaft to insure no segregation during delivery of SCC.
40,000 lbs. columns poured with one load from the Mobile Agitor, with no cold joints. One pour eliminates the need to hand finish the beams after stripping forms, and reduces the production time to less than 6 minutes for one beam.
Erection of parking structure at Bayshore Mall, Glendale, WI by International Erectors. The beams, columns and double tees were all poured using the Maxon Mobile Agitor.

Maxon Industries recently introduced the Mobile Agitor, a self-propelled concrete transporter and placer for pre-stress Concrete applications. The Mobile Agitor can transport, agitate and place up to 10 cubic yards of SCC (Self-Consolidating Concrete) in one trip.
For J.W. Peters, located in Burlington, Wisconsin, the Mobile Agitor has increased both production and quality of the finished product, allowing Peters to produce the components for the Bayshore Mall 400 car parking structure in record time. With the Maxon Mobile Agitor, Peters was able to transport and place twice the volume of SCC compared to past methods. In some cases the pour cycle for one column was reduced from 25 minutes to 6 minutes. The Mobile Agitor also allowed Peters to pour larger columns and beams in one pass, eliminating cold joints and additional hand finishing of the product.
The unique features of the Mobile Agitor provide delivery of quality SCC every time. The Maxon Mobile Agitor is equipped with a bi-rotational multi-speed full sweep agitator shaft that insures the SCC will not segregate during transport from the batch plant to the forms, a problem that occurred in the past with prior concrete transporters.
